Molaren - Via Nova - Marine loop

The Molaren – Via Nova loop is a route suitable for everyone, accessible both on foot and by mountain bike.

The starting point is located in front of the Mezzano Tourist Office in Piazza Mons. Orler. From there, take the road running between the Town Hall (on the right) and the Cassa Rurale bank (on the left) and head uphill to the intersection with Via Molaren. Follow Via Molaren out of the village along a beautiful, scenic pedestrian and cycle path offering views of the Pale di San Martino peaks. Continue until you reach the small village of Pieve. Upon entering the village, take Via San Rocco—which climbs to the left just past the cemetery—and, after about 150 meters, turn left following the sign for Via Nova. After a short stretch of paved road and past the last few houses, a dirt track begins; it climbs gently and continues towards Mezzano. Once back on the paved road, continue until you reach a hairpin bend; just past it, a short climb leads to the continuation of Via Nova. After returning to the paved road in the locality of Frontàl, take the second road descending to the left—following SAT trail E379—down to the village of Mezzano. From there, continue down Via Don Luigi Bonat to Piazza Fontana; pass through the square to return to the Tourist Office.
