Brand new, in a quiet and sunny location in the middle of the valley. It has 7 apartments with 4-6 beds, arranged in double-rooms and a sofa-bed in the living room. Only the apartment in the ground floor has also 2 single-rooms.
Located a few steps from the town center, a few meters from the supermarket and the bus-stop of the Skibus; very close to the lift facilities of the Skiarea Folgarida-Marilleva-Madonna di Campiglio-Pinzolo.
Ski-storage room and private parking place for out guests.
Payment Conditions
Included in the price: electricity, hot and cold water, heating, and gas.
Not included in the price:
- Kitchen and bath towels, bed linen. Bed linen and towels can be rented upon request: € 10.00 per person per week.
- Deposit: € 200.00 (cash required - refundable at departure).
- Cleaning of the kitchenette, refrigerator, and dishes is the guest's responsibility; otherwise, € 50.00 extra.
The tourist tax is an amount that must be paid at the accommodation for stays of 1 to 10 nights in addition to the price of the booked holiday. It is not included in the price of the stay.
From June to October 2026, the Val di Sole Guest Card is included in the price of the stay, with many services, benefits, and the possibility to access cable cars at special rates! More info

Turn left to Via per Marilleva and then right to Via ai Stabli; Appartamenti ai Stabli will be on the right.
By train: the most convenient railroad statio for international trains is Trento. From there, you can take the "Trento-Malè-Mezzana" train to Val di Sole and stop in Mezzana.
