During the summer months, you can discover the green side of the Brenta Dolomites with scenic hikes, forest walks, mountain bike trails and outdoor adventures around Predaia, Monte Roèn and Passo della Mendola. Val di Non is also famous for its alpine lakes, natural canyons and panoramic routes, ideal for both families and nature lovers.
In summer, Sfruz and the nearby villages come alive with traditional festivals, local markets and events dedicated to regional food and culture. It is the perfect place to slow down, breathe fresh mountain air and enjoy the peaceful rhythm of alpine life.
Just a short walk from Casa Predaia you will find everything you need for a comfortable stay: restaurant, café, Coop mini-market, ATM, children’s playground and sports courts. A private parking area is also available for guests.

Arrival by car:
From the A22 motorway exit at S.Michele all'Adige. Continue towards Val di Non until Dermulo. From here on the right (direction Passo Mendola) and after 500m still on the right (towards Sfruz)
Arrival by train:
The nearest station is Trento FS Station (Monaco-Rome line, Valsugana Trento-Venezia line). Then the Trento-Malé railway to Dermulo. From here by coach (in the direction of Sfruz)
Arrival by plane:
The nearest airports are the Valerio Catullo airport in Verona and the intenational airport of Orio al Serio.
