The house is located in Pozza di Fassa, in a sunny, panoramic, and quiet position. It is surrounded by a private green space, with a 400 sqm garden all around, featuring a gazebo, relaxation area, and swings. In front of the entrance, there is also a small lounge to enjoy the surrounding environment, perhaps while sipping a coffee or an aperitif. The most famous mountains, Cima 11, Cima 12, Buffaure, and Sassolungo, stand out in front of the windows, making the view unique. Just a few steps from the house is the "Sora i Pre" walkway, which allows you to reach the nearby villages of Vigo and Pera with a panoramic walk, either on foot or by bike. The cycling and walking path along the Avisio River is also reachable on foot from the house, just 5 minutes away. QC Terme is 600 meters away. The center is located 700 meters away, but bars and shops are already just 100 meters away. Our guests receive the Val di Fassa Card.
