Located in a quiet area but very close to the town center, our structure is the ideal starting point to experience the magic of the mountains in all seasons, pampered by the comfort of our apartments.

If you love skiing, modern lifts will take you to perfectly groomed slopes for every level, where you can experience the thrill of breathtaking descents. If you prefer a holiday focused on relaxation or do not ski, you will find inviting, rejuvenating walks through the snowy woods, snowshoe hikes in the silence of nature, and splendid moments of tranquility in the valley's refuges.
With the arrival of summer, nature explodes in all its splendor. It's the perfect time to explore a dense network of trails suitable for every step, from family strolls to the most scenic high-altitude paths. The reservation is valid only under the terms and for the number of occupants (adults and children, if any) specified in the confirmation email. Any changes must be agreed in advance with the owner of the house, who reserves the right to accept or deny them.

Contact & Directions
Whether you arrive from Moena (along the SS48) or from Passo Costalunga (coming down from the SS241), your main reference point is the large roundabout located near the Osteria da Carpano.
Step-by-step directions from the roundabout:

At the Osteria da Carpano roundabout, take the exit continuing on the state road in direction Canazei.

Continue straight for about 1 kilometer.

Then turn left, taking Troi de Vich (Strada de Troi de Vich).

Proceed along the road for about 150 meters.

Note for access: You will find a no entry sign, but access is absolutely allowed as guests of the accommodation.
