Payment Conditions
Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of a 20% deposit of the total booking amount, payable by bank transfer within 3 days of the booking confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation up to 15 days before arrival: the deposit paid at the time of booking will be retained.
- Cancellation 14 days before arrival: 30% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- Cancellation between 13 and 3 days before arrival: 80% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- Cancellation less than 3 days before arrival or in the event of a no-show: 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.
