For his creations, Oscar favors traditional products and locally sourced ingredients; vacuum-sealed and low-temperature cooking methods that enhance the tenderness of local meats; flours from various grains with which he prepares fresh homemade bread and pasta every day; and vegetables grown directly in the hotel's garden.

Payment Conditions

The history of hotel Vittoria, that has always belonged to our family, dates back to more than a hundred years ago. It was in 1922 that Antonio Carnessalini decided to buy an old spinning mill near the village of Dimaro, seeing its potential and transforming it into a hotel with an adjoining tavern.
Hotel Vittoria has belonged to our family ever since and we have been running it one generation after another.
From Antonio to Ugo; from Ugo to Giorgio; from Giorgio to the two of us, Martina and Oscar, who are now passionately carrying on with a tradition that has always been part of our family’s background: hospitality. We feel thrilled to work as hoteliers every day, thanks to all the new people we meet and to our effort in offering them the emotion of a holiday that will leave a long-lasting balance.
