If you want to have a wonderful time surrounded by nature, in a peaceful and relaxing setting, away from the hustle and bustle of traffic, then the Marigiò apartment is the perfect place for you. It is bathed in natural light and located in the heart of Comano Teme/Ponte Arche, right on Piazza Mercato, at the entrance to the sprawling Terme di Comano Park, which is renowned for its skin care and wellness treatments.
Highly recommended for couples, our Marigiò apartment is an excellent option for a relaxing spa holiday. However, it is also a great choice for people who enjoy mountain hikes and leisurely strolls. Its strategic location allows for easy access to popular Trentino destinations, including Madonna di Campiglio with its stunning Brenta Dolomites, Lake Garda, and the city of Trento, with its famous old town and MUSE Museum.
The apartment is centrally located near amenities.

Payment Conditions
Minimum of 2 nights’ stay. Check in after 3pm (please let us know what time you plan to arrive). Check out by 10am.
Please leave the apartment clean and tidy when you depart.
The price includes: an initial cleaning service (€70), a bathroom, kitchen, bed linens (sheets and towels are changed once a week), and a parking garage, internet.
In addition to the price, holidaymakers must pay a €1 tourist tax per person (+14 years) per night (for up to a maximum of 10 consecutive days).
We do not allow pets in the apartment.
Please do not smoke inside the building or apartment.
