Shepherds' Festival 2026

The center of San Sebastiano comes alive with the Shepherds' Festival, an event dedicated to traditions, flavors, and mountain life. You will experience the excitement of milking, get to know the farm animals up close, prepare cheese with shepherd Serafino, and embark on the discovery of the mysterious treasure of Mulpoch.

Accompanying this special day will be excellent traditional cuisine, live music, and many activities designed for both young and old. A unique opportunity to rediscover ancient pastoral traditions in an atmosphere of celebration, conviviality, and fun.

PROGRAM:

Exhibition of farm animals with dedicated enclosures: sheep, goats, chickens, rabbits, and donkeys, allowing visitors to experience an authentic encounter with the world of the mountains and shepherding.

 
10:30 a.m. – Trekking with the kids BOOK HERE

11:30 a.m. – Kitchen opening

2:00 p.m. - Create your own collar (children's activity by reservation)

2:30 p.m. – Caselem el formai & hand milking ( free) 

3:30 p.m. – Mulpoch Treasure Hunt BOOK HERE

4:00 p.m. - Presentation of the book "Campanacci d'Italia"

4:30 p.m. – Shepherd's Snack

4:45 p.m. – Wool Workshop BOOK HERE

Throughout the day, there will be:
