DESCRIPTION OF THE ACTIVITY:
The art of ‘foraging for herbs’ is as old as humanity itself: the natural world around us can be explored with all our senses, including taste! An easy excursion combining theory with practice – and a decidedly tasty one at that! We’ll discover some edible wild herbs and plants, make a pesto on the spot, and enjoy a tasting on bread.
PRICE OF THE ACTIVITY:
€ 20 per person
€ 16 concession for 5–12-year-olds
€ 10 with the Valsugana Guest Card
NOTES:
- 13 April – 11 May: Museo del Paracarro, Canezza, 9.30 am
- 18 May – 21 September: Meet at the church in Canezza at 9 am; we’ll then travel together by car to the activity’s starting point at various locations in the Valle dei Mocheni
- 28 September – 26 October: Montesei di Serso. Meet at the Fersina river park car park in Brazzaniga di Pergine at 9.30 am
- Maximum 20 participants
- Booking essential by 12.00 noon on the day before the activity
