A milestone of Trentino tourism. Inside, let yourself be fascinated by the period furnishings: every detail tells how the culture of hospitality has evolved

At the roots of the tourist history of Trentino: the Albergo Museo alla Corona is one of the first examples of construction intended exclusively for the hotel business. It was founded in 1883 by Carlo Tommasini senior and his wife Luigia Froner. It remained active until 2002, run for three generations by their heirs (among the famous names on its registers, including that of Alcide De Gasperi). The bar, restaurant and bedrooms are furnished as they used to be. Every detail tells of a culture of sober and refined hospitality: the lighting systems, the piano, the imposing beds with vintage linens, the toiletries, the decorations made on the walls with the stencil technique. Don't miss the collection of vintage photographs and documents.
