13 - Ascent to the Fort - variant
<p>Recommended for: families, children 6+ years</p> <p>Points of interest: panoramic views of Folgaria, Stella d’Italia refuge, Forte Sommo Alto (war 1914 – 1918)</p>
<p>Starting from the Passo Sommo parking lot, take the dirt road which in about an hour reaches the Stella d'Italia Refuge. Continuing for a further 15 minutes, you arrive at Forte Sommo Alto. </p>
