Polsa - Monte Vignola

Pleasant walk to the Sella del Monte Vignola, where the spectacular rainwater collection impluvium built over a hundred years ago is located. For the more trained, it is possible to continue towards the summit of Monte Vignola, where many structures dating back to the Great War have been recently restored.

Along the route, it is possible to enjoy wide views of the Adige Valley both towards Trento and Verona. The dirt road, wide and never steep, crosses large meadows that host colonies of marmots. With a bit of luck and without making too much noise, it is easy to see them playing and chasing each other on the slopes or watch them cautiously near their burrows, standing alert.
