    Safety information

As you can imagine, the passability of routes in a mountain environment is strictly linked to current conditions and therefore depends on natural phenomena, environmental changes, and weather conditions. For this reason, the information contained in this sheet may have changed. Before setting off, check the status of the route by contacting the hut managers on your route, the mountain guides, the visitor centers of the natural parks, and the tourist offices.

    Tips and suggestions

Follow the signs Predaia MTB 4

    Roadbook

Starting from Palazzo Nero in Coredo, follow the signs for the Predaia MTB route Number 4 which rises slightly in Loc. Dossi to reach the Tavon playground and continues to the junction for the Sanctuary of San Romedio where routes 1 and 2 split. Following the signs for route no. 4, continue flat until the Venetian sawmill in Loc. Due Laghi where the 2 km climb begins leading to Loc. Merlonga. From Merlonga, follow the signs for Predaia MTB Number 4, which coincide with the flat “Sentiero Panoramico” and lead to two terraces with viewpoints over the Due Laghi and the Sanctuary of San Romedio. A final short climb leads to the top of the woods to then reach the villages of Smarano and Sfruz on flat ground. Here route no. 4 splits from route no. 3 and descends to reach the center of Coredo.
