Tonale - Malga Valbiolo

A medium difficulty walk that reaches Malga Valbiolo and the nearby Marmot Village, a fun educational trail made up of five stations where the little ones can enjoy slides, wooden houses, tunnels, and a water mill.

The route develops on a not too demanding path with a splendid view of the valley, the fascinating Presena Glacier, and the majestic surrounding peaks. The itinerary winds through wide alpine meadows rich in high-altitude vegetation where, if you are lucky, you might spot cute marmots peeking out from the numerous burrows along the trail. <p>Once you reach the arrival point of the Valbiolo chairlift, the little ones can have fun with the wooden games in the Marmot Village. Here, there are several attractions where children can play and enjoy the outdoors.</p> <p>If you want to enjoy a lunch break at altitude, you can savor excellent traditional dishes at Malga Valbiolo, from which you can admire the new artificial pond created in the immediate vicinity of the hut.</p>
