Malga Rive is located at an altitude of 1,645 metres, on a plateau just above the village of Brione, at the foot of the mountain of the same name, surrounded by wide and verdant pastures. Completely renovated in 2014, the hut was brought back to life after years of neglect. Today in this place you can meet Monica and her family, who with passion and dedication carry on the local rural tradition thanks to a large group of cows and goats. From goat's milk they make tasty cheeses that you can't help but taste!
