Malga Stramaiolo is located at 1,600 meters above sea level on the Piné Plateau, in the municipality of Bedollo. Remarkable is the splendid terrace overlooking the mountains of eastern Trentino where you can taste traditional cuisine.
The hut devotes great attention to the production of meats and cured meats, following the principles of the short supply chain and paying particular attention to the selection and welfare of the animals, to offer guests a fine and fragrant variety of sausages.
