The Potzmauer hut, a must along the Cembra
The Rifugio Potzmauer is located in a grassy clearing, along the European path E5 at an altitude of 1300 metres; it is a reference point for hikers and bikers who wish to explore the eastern side of the Cembra valley, characterised by the dense woods of broad-leaved trees and fir trees. Located about 2.5 hours' walk from Lake Santo, it can also be reached from Salorno and Capriana.
The hut offers traditional dining in a warm alpine atmosphere and has 14 comfortable beds.
