In this restaurant in a strategic position - not far from Cavalese, just a short distance from the start of the Alpe Cermis valley plants, therefore easy to reach – you can enjoy excellent typical cuisine prepared by the chefs Colomba and his son Alberto, as well as a delicious list of cold cuts prepared by Giorgio. The speck served is processed as in the past: it is not smoked and has its particularity in the sweet taste but full of flavours. In particular, the "Maso Sorte workhorse" speck is aged from 12 to 24 months after a long preparation that requires time, love and effort.
