Our Agriturismo: a refuge among nature, comfort, and authenticity
Nestled among the sunny vineyards on the hill of Trento, our agriturismo is the ideal place for those seeking relaxation, simplicity, and a connection with nature without sacrificing comfort. Our rooms, tastefully and simply furnished, are designed to offer guests a rejuvenating stay in a well-kept, welcoming, and family-like environment. The seven rooms, spread over two levels, are suitable for all types of stays, whether for vacation or work.
Three ground floor rooms overlook the exclusive garden facing south, perfect for enjoying the sun, reading a book, or simply relaxing in the silence of nature under the birch trees. Four rooms on the first floor offer stunning views of the vineyards surrounding the agriturismo, providing a romantic and tranquil atmosphere.
All rooms are accessible from the outside via an independent balcony, ensuring maximum autonomy for guests, allowing them to enter and exit freely without having to cross common areas.
Payment Conditions
Cancellation and payment conditions: the refundable rate requires a deposit of 40% of the booking amount, fully refundable up to 7 days before arrival. After this deadline, a penalty corresponding to the deposit paid will be applied. The deposit can be paid via credit/debit card or instant bank transfer. In case of payment via bank transfer, the details are: Mediolanum Account – Basiglio, Milan Tre – IBAN: IT94B0306234210000002039826.
Treatments offered: overnight stay and breakfast, with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Payments with Visa and Mastercard are accepted at the property.
In addition to the standard rate, the following special rates are also available:
- NON-REFUNDABLE: 15% discount with full payment in advance;
- MINIMUM 3 DAYS: 5% discount with a 40% deposit;
- MINIMUM 7 DAYS: 10% discount with a 40% deposit.

Contact & Directions
If you are arriving from the south, you can take the exit at the Trento Sud toll booth and follow the provincial road SP204 which will lead you directly to our facility, located on the hill in Povo. If you are arriving from the north, exit at the Trento Nord toll booth, first follow the ring road to Padova and then the state road until you reach the agriturismo.
Standard opening hours of the facility: check-in from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., with the possibility of flexible hours upon prior communication of the arrival time; check-out by 10:00 a.m.
