he Sicher farmhouse is located in a quiet area, surrounded by green countryside and comprises: six rooms, breakfast room, large open-air space with mountain views, vegetable garden to explore and countryside to breathe!
All the rooms on our farm are designed down to the smallest detail, and you will find numerous elements that recall nature. The rough, fragrant wood from the Val di Fiemme immediately stands out to the eye, not to mention the stone specially worked by a local craftsman that you will find in the private bathroom of each room.
The names we have used to describe our rooms are inspired by the vegetative cycle of the vine, so that you are fully immersed in the world of viticulture.
Room the two P's: named after the first phase of the vine's vegetative cycle; it is Pruning and Planting
Sprout Room: named after the second phase; buds swell, open and leaves appear Leaf Chamber: this is the third phase, the leaves grow and new shoots develop. This double room is inspired by vegetation
Flower Room: A few months after budding, the vine begins to flower
Grape Room: From each fertilised flower a grape develops, we are now in the fifth phase: fruit set
Bunch Room: We have reached the end: the green bunches change colour through the phenomenon of veraison and increase their sugar content day by day until they are perfectly ripe
In addition to a rich breakfast buffet with sweet and savoury products, homemade cakes, our jams, delicious croissants, freshly-picked seasonal fruit, fresh milk, yoghurt, cheeses and local cold cuts, it is also possible to eat at the farmhouse on request.
The agritourism also organises by reservation evenings with tasting of our wines accompanied by a large wooden chopping board with the best exclusively local products.
