The house is in an excellent location, about 200 meters from a supermarket, bar-newsstand, pastry shop, and clothing stores. About 500 meters away is the green area of the pine forest with playgrounds for children, the beautiful bike path, bar, and ice rink, open in summer and winter, easily reachable on foot via a quiet road. The ski lifts can be reached by car or ski bus in about 3 minutes (Pinzolo-Pra Rodont), 10 minutes (Pinzolo-Tulot), and 15/20 minutes (Madonna Di Campiglio Spinale/5laghi/Grostè). The bus stops heading north and south are very close, reachable in 1-2 minutes on foot.
