Information
The villa was used by the Bishops as a residence during the Council of Trento and today represents one of the most significant examples of historical architecture in the area. Surrounded by a large park, it contributes to the scenic charm of the hills of Trento.
Villa Pruner is an ideal place to find tranquility and relaxation while feeling immersed in nature, as well as a good starting point for excursions and experiences that the area offers. The facility is welcoming for all types of hospitality, from couples to families wanting to enjoy time together, with a special consideration for four-legged friends.
Payment Conditions
For the Standard rate, the full amount of the stay must be paid at least 7 days before arrival. Cancellation is free up to 7 days before check-in; in case of cancellation made less than 7 days in advance, a penalty equal to 100% of the stay amount will apply.
For the Non-Refundable rate, payment is required at the time of booking and no refunds are provided in case of cancellation.
No deposit is required. At check-out, an inspection of the accommodation is carried out with the guest and, in the presence of any damages, the corresponding reimbursement is requested directly on site.
For payments by bank transfer, the details are: Banco BPM, via Francesco Petrarca 1 – IBAN IT48H0503401804000000024998, in the name of Longo Stefano. Currently, payments are accepted via bank transfer and, for smaller amounts, via PayPal.
The property offers only overnight stays. The minimum stay is 2 nights from the end of the January holidays to June 15 and from September 15 to December 15; it is instead 3 nights from June 15 to September 15 and from December 15 until the end of the January holidays.
In addition to the Standard rate, the Non-Refundable rate with a 10% discount and the weekly rate with a 15% discount are available. For each booking, a cleaning fee of €50 for the apartment is also applied. Pets are allowed with a one-time contribution of €20 per stay for additional cleaning.
