Welcome to our oasis in Rovereto! To ensure everyone has a pleasant stay, we ask that you follow these brief guidelines:

Documents & Tourist Tax: Upon arrival, it is mandatory to present identification documents. The tourist tax is not included in the rate and will be collected in cash (exempt for minors under 14 years).

Garden & Relaxation: The outdoor space is available for your relaxation and meals. We ask that you respect silence from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Guests: Access is not permitted for persons not registered in the reservation.

Environment & Smoking: Smoking is prohibited indoors (allowed only in the garden).

Recycling: We ask you to follow the instructions in the house for waste separation.
- Deposit and Advance Payment: The reservation is considered confirmed upon receipt of the agreed amount at the time of booking.

Contact & Directions
♂️ ON FOOT FROM THE STATION (15 min): Upon exiting the station, walk through the railway underpass, after going up the stairs, turn right, and once out of the underpass you will find yourself on Via Zeni. Follow the signs for Via Unione. Number 58 will be on your right.
♂️ FROM THE BIKE PATH (10 min): From the Adige bike path (near Rovereto Nord/Sacco), leave the river and head towards the San Giorgio neighborhood. You can easily reach Via Unione by crossing through the neighborhood. You can park your bikes safely at our house.
