Information
The residence is situated in a strategic and quiet location, in fact it lies on the edge of the woods and just a few steps from the lake.
Our guests can use the swimming pool and a particularly well-maintained green area with a wonderful view of the lake. A few meters from the apartment, there is a small shopping area with a pizzeria/restaurant, ice cream shop, grocery store, and souvenirs.
The Apartment: it is located about 150 meters from the lake.
Payment Conditions
The price includes the consumption of water, electricity, cooking gas, bed linen, use of the washing machine (where available), WiFi internet (where available), and firewood for the fireplace/BBQ (where available).
To be paid on the spot:
- tourist tax € 1.00 per person/night starting from 14 years old and for a maximum of 10 nights
- any heating consumption is extra
Upon request from guests:
- bath linen (€ 8.00 per person);
- pets (€ 8.00 per night);
Also for this season, Ledro Immobiliare offers its clients the "Garda Guest Card" for free.
This is a service card available to tourists, which allows free access to visit castles, museums, use public transport, and obtain discounts on the purchase of local products and activities during their vacation in Trentino.
Contact & Directions
From Riva del Garda, follow the brown road signs indicating "Lago di Ledro" or "Val di Ledro".
The road continues for about 5 km in a tunnel.
Once out of the tunnel, continue on the state road of the valley, passing through the towns of Biacesa and Pre' di Ledro until reaching
Molina di Ledro. After passing the town of Molina, you will come to an intersection; turn left and then continue right towards the locality of Pur along the lakeside road.
