Cancellation Conditions
- Full refund for cancellations made up to 5 days before the check-in date.
- 50% refund for cancellations made from the 4th day before check-in.
- No refund in case of no-show.
Final Cleaning
The cost of final cleaning is:
- € 36.00 for short stays, up to 2 nights;
- € 42.00 for stays from 3 to 14 nights;
- € 55.00 for stays longer than 14 nights.
Payment Methods
Payments by card are not accepted.
At the time of booking, a deposit of 20% of the total amount of the stay is required.
The balance must be paid one week before the arrival date, via bank transfer.
The receipt will be issued at check-in. For amounts over € 77.00, a € 2.00 payment for the stamp duty will be required.
The tourist tax, amounting to € 1.00 per person per night for guests over 14 years old, must be paid in cash upon arrival.
