Payment Conditions
The tourist tax must be paid at the apartment, in cash and in addition to the price of the booked vacation, starting from 14 years old and for a maximum of 10 nights of stay. Cost per person per night € 1.00.
We ask guests to use the apartment with care and to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood, especially in the evening hours.
To ensure a pleasant environment for all guests, smoking is not allowed inside the apartment (garden and balcony available).
We kindly ask you to follow the waste collection guidelines provided in the apartment.
If any problem or accidental damage occurs during your stay, we simply invite you to communicate it to us as soon as possible, so we can respond quickly.
