Payment Conditions
- Check-in: from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Please communicate your estimated arrival time at least [24/48] hours in advance.
- Check-out: by 10:00 a.m.
- Documents: upon arrival, it is mandatory to present a valid ID for each guest (including minors) for legal registration purposes.
Payments and Tourist Tax
- Balance: payment for the stay must be completed [upon arrival / through Feratel channels / according to booking policies].
- Tourist Tax: the municipal tourist tax is not included in the price and amounts to €1 per person per night (excluding minors under 14 years old). It is to be paid in cash upon arrival

- Smoking: smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas.
- Unregistered guests: access or overnight stay is not allowed for persons not declared at check-in.

The house of the fairies is located at Via Tre Novembrè 25, accessing the first floor of Grandma Elena's house from a small path, while the house of the fairies is on the ground floor, the entrances are independent.
The residence is 200 meters after the fire brigade barracks, continuing straight.
In front, there is a large parking lot for the schools available for free.
