Outside, there is a garden equipped with a large table for outdoor lunches and dinners during the nice season and a private parking; additional parking spaces are also available in the adjacent non-private parking area.
The apartment is the ideal solution for large families or groups of friends seeking ample space to share moments together, enjoy the tranquility of the mountains, and admire breathtaking views. There is also a loft available which could accommodate an additional bed for larger groups.

Payment Conditions
The tourist tax must be paid at the apartment, in cash and in addition to the price of the booked holiday, starting from 14 years old and for a maximum of 10 nights of stay. Cost per person per night € 1.00.
We ask guests to use the apartment with care and to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood, especially in the evening hours.
To ensure a pleasant environment for all guests, smoking is not allowed inside the apartment (garden and balcony available).
We kindly ask you to follow the waste collection guidelines provided in the apartment.
If any problem or accidental damage should occur during your stay, we simply invite you to let us know as soon as possible, so we can intervene quickly.
