*Starting from 23/12/2023, access to the heated indoor pool will be free and without reservation from 07:00 to 10:00. From 10:00, the Spa becomes a pathway of authentic Natural Feeling at the price of €20 for adults and €10 for children. Children under 14 years old may access the Spa until 12:00 accompanied by a parent. From 12:00, the Spa will be reserved for adults only.

Cancellation conditions
In case of cancellation of the stay or no-show, the following penalties will apply:

- 7-4 days before arrival 30% of the stay
- 3-1 days before arrival 50% of the stay
