The apartment, approximately 90 square meters, recently renovated, is designed to comfortably accommodate families, couples, or small groups of friends. It features two bedrooms, a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy sitting room with a double sofa bed, and an outdoor space/terrace to enjoy moments of relaxation in the fresh air.
Bedù 45 is also suitable for those traveling with children: on request, a crib, high chair, and a small child kit are available free of charge. Pets are welcome.
Check-in from 3:00 p.m.
Check-out by 10:00 a.m.
It is rented weekly from Saturday to Saturday
Payment Conditions
Check-in: Saturday from 3.00 p.m.
Check-out: Saturday by 10.00 a.m., unless otherwise agreed.
The balance of the stay, if not already paid in advance, must be paid upon arrival or according to the agreements made at the time of booking.
Final cleaning, bed linen, and towels are included in the rate.
The city tax is not included and must be paid separately: € 1.00 per night for each person over 14 years old, up to a maximum of 10 consecutive overnight stays.
The apartment must be left in order, with clean dishes, properly disposed of waste, and no damage to furnishings or equipment. Any damages or shortages may be charged to the guest.
Pets are allowed upon prior notification and acceptance.
Smoking is prohibited indoors. Compliance with quiet hours and condominium rules is required.

By car, it can be easily reached by taking the SS239 of Val Rendena, the main road connecting Tione, Spiazzo, Pinzolo, and Madonna di Campiglio.
For those coming from the south, follow the signs for Tione di Trento / Val Rendena / Pinzolo and continue along the SS239 until you reach Spiazzo.
For those coming from the north, descend from Madonna di Campiglio / Pinzolo towards Spiazzo and Tione, always along the SS239.
The area is quiet and convenient for reaching Val di Borzago, the routes to Rifugio Carè Alto, Pinzolo, and Madonna di Campiglio. Val di Borzago can be accessed directly from the Spiazzo/Borzago area by following the signs for Val Borzago / Rifugio Carè Alto.
