At 1400 meters in Località Compet, this single-family chalet with a fully fenced garden is strategically located: just 10 km from the town of Pergine Valsugana and Lake Caldonazzo, and from the village of Levico Terme and Lake Levico.
The fully fenced garden, secured by a gate, is equipped with sun loungers, an outdoor dining table, and a wood-fired barbecue perfect for relaxed evenings or family barbecues.
Thanks to the photovoltaic system, you can charge your electric car without any worries.
Bicycles can be stored under the sheltered area.
The location is ideal for sports and adventure enthusiasts: just 5 minutes away are the ski lifts and slopes of Panarotta, while for paragliding and hang gliding lovers, one of the most beautiful take-off points in the area is available with the possibility of tandem flights and a shuttle bus for the return to the chalet.
Mountain bike enthusiasts will also find a network of dirt roads and trails winding through the woods, perfect for unforgettable excursions amidst nature and breathtaking views. The taps of the chalet provide ferruginous water, known for centuries for its beneficial properties: rich in valuable mineral elements such as iron, it is particularly suitable for athletes, pregnant women, and those with high iron requirements.
Payment Conditions
The structure can accommodate up to 6 people and is equipped with two bathrooms: one complete with shower, sink, and bidet, and one with sink and toilet; the living room features sofas, an electric fireplace, and Smart TV, a dining table for 6, and a kitchenette equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction cooktop, kettle, and coffee machine; pantry with dishes and refrigerator. Three bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with 2 single beds, and one with 2 bunk beds.
We have a washing machine and a dryer. In a separate room, you will find an exclusive wellness area with a larch wood sauna, relaxation area, and Teuco jacuzzi; all the wooden finishes in this area are treated exclusively with natural orange oil for an authentic experience that respects the materials.
The completely fenced garden, closed by a gate, is equipped with sun loungers, an outdoor dining table, and a wood barbecue perfect for relaxing evenings or family barbecues.

The Baita is easily accessible from Trento and the A22 toll booths, continuing towards Valsugana/Padova; you then ascend to Baita either from Pergine Valsugana via provincial road no. 12 or from Levico Terme via provincial road no. 11, with a distance of 10 KM for both. For those less experienced with mountain roads, provincial road no. 11 Levico Terme/Vetriolo is recommended because it is wider and has fewer curves; the latter is known among car and motorcycle enthusiasts for the Levico/Vetriolo motor race. The roads are kept efficient even in the winter months barring exceptional events.
