Information
The Baita Cavecia is located in a quiet and panoramic position, with a beautiful view of the Valle dei Mocheni, also known as the “Enchanted Valley,” one of the most picturesque valleys in Trentino, in the heart of the Alps.
The house stands at 1,243 meters above sea level, immersed in nature, just a 10-minute drive from Sant’Orsola Terme and about 24 km from Trento. It is a typical mountain wooden chalet, cozy and rich in atmosphere. The furnishings are antique and restored, while wooden floors, doors, and furniture make the spaces warm and comfortable.
The chalet features a spacious bedroom on the first floor with a double bed and a single bed, a bedroom on the ground floor with a second double bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a kitchen equipped with two comfortable armchairs for relaxing.
Guests have access to the entire house and all outdoor spaces. In the garage, there are bins for recycling, a barbecue, an outdoor table, and firewood for the winter.
Around the area, it is possible to take beautiful walks through woods and paths, enjoying the tranquility and beauty of the valley.
On the day of arrival, we will be happy to welcome you to Sant’Orsola Terme and accompany you to the chalet. After check-in, we will remain available for any needs during your stay.
In the winter period, it is mandatory to have winter tires or snow chains. In case of snowfall, chains may be necessary to travel the access road, which has some steep sections.
Payment Conditions
Deposit for the reservation: 30% of the total stay
Balance: within 15 days from the day of arrival
Cancellation policy:
- free cancellation up to 15 days before the day of arrival (refund of the deposit net of properly documented expenses)
- for cancellations starting from the 14th day before the day of arrival or in case of no show: the entire amount paid will be retained as a penalty
