For more than a century, the Merli family has been welcoming guests from across Europe with the same philosophy: making every guest feel at home. Here, life slows down. Days begin with the aroma of homemade pastries and continue with hiking, cycling adventures, refreshing moments at Lake Ledro, and relaxing hours surrounded by nature.
The spacious, well-maintained and shaded pitches provide comfort and privacy for tents, caravans, and motorhomes. An outdoor swimming pool, children's playground, cyclist-friendly facilities, bike storage, and numerous hiking and cycling routes starting directly from the campsite make it an ideal choice for families and active travellers alike.
One of the highlights of the property is the Casavecchia Restaurant, where tradition meets creativity. Local flavours from Trentino are enhanced through carefully selected ingredients, regional recipes, and handcrafted desserts prepared daily in our own pastry kitchen.
Away from the crowds yet only a few minutes from the valley's main attractions, Camping Casavecchia is the perfect base for discovering the true spirit of Trentino: crystal-clear lakes, scenic trails, mountain bike routes, and a landscape that still preserves its authentic character.

- Payment methods: cash is accepted for payments up to €3000.00, for amounts over that, bank checks, debit cards, or wire transfers are required.
Pets
To allow customers to bring their four-legged friends along, pets are also welcome in the hotel and camping, with a small additional charge per day.
On the shores of Lake Ledro, there is a beach where you can relax in the company of your little big friends!

Car:
Tiarno di Sopra can be reached from both the south and the north via the Brennero State Road 12 or the A22 motorway (Rovereto Sud/Lago di Garda Nord exit), continuing on the SS 240 state road towards Riva del Garda and Storo.
Travel by public transport:
You can directly reach the FS station in Rovereto, which is connected to the town with a good bus service (49 km).
Air:
The nearest airports are Verona's Catullo airport, which is about 90 km away, Venice's Marco Polo airport which is 195 km away, Milan Linate at 245 km, and additionally, the new airport in Bolzano is 60 km away.
