Welcome to Casa Belliboni, a spacious 75 m apartment with a private entrance located in Comano Terme, renowned for its water, great for skin care.
Comano Terme is also a perfect base for visiting Lake Garda, the Brenta Dolomites, Lake Molveno, and Paganella.
An ideal area for pleasant walks, mountain hikes, swimming in lakes, climbing, skiing, mountain biking, and fishing trips.
YOUR SPACE
The apartment consists of a living area with kitchen and living room, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower and washing machine. The accommodation also includes a crib for infants with bedding and a high chair. The apartment has FIBER WIFI coverage (275 Mbps).
It is equipped with a SmartTV, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, and iron. There is also a convenient storage room near the entrance, useful especially in winter for storing your winter equipment, in case you go skiing on the slopes of Andalo, Pinzolo, or Madonna di Campiglio, which are respectively 25, 30, or 45 km from Ponte Arche. If you bring bicycles, there is the possibility to keep them safe in a non-independent garage. In the garden at the back of the house, there is a gazebo that can be used freely, convenient for eating outdoors when the season allows.
We are next to the Sarca River, along which you can walk and reach the Terme di Comano in about 15 minutes by crossing a beautiful 14-hectare park.
Before your arrival, you will be sent the GARDA GUEST CARD, with which you can use public transport free of charge and obtain discounts and promotions for entrance to major museums, castles, and natural parks.
I live on the upper floor, so for any needs, you can contact me simply by ringing the doorbell.

Contact & Directions
The apartment is located in Comano Terme, which is 33 km from Trento.
It can be reached from the A22 motorway by exiting at either Rovereto Sud or Trento Sud. For those coming from Brennero, the recommended exit is Trento Nord. From all exits, we can be reached in about 40 minutes by car.
After parking your car in the large outdoor parking area, you can access the apartment directly through a small external staircase.
If you are traveling by public transport, please call me to check the availability of being picked up at the bus station in Ponte Arche or the train station in Trento.
