CASA CARLA
Information
Casa Carla is arranged over two levels with access on both floors.
The ground floor (made of masonry) consists of a living room with a sofa, armchair, wood-burning fireplace, table with chairs, and satellite TV.
This room also contains the washing machine.
Also on the ground floor, we find the main bathroom designed in a rustic style with a shower cubicle, toilets, and a tub with stone cladding.
The secondary bathroom has a shower and toilets.
With an internal wooden staircase, you ascend to the first floor which consists of a spacious kitchen with appliances, a small living room with a sofa and TV, a veranda, one bedroom with a double bed, and another bedroom with two single beds (that can be joined together).
In the garden, there is a wooden pergola equipped with a barbecue, table, and wooden benches.
Accessories: fridge with freezer, gas oven, 4-burner gas stove, dishwasher, washing machine, satellite TV, deck chairs.
Payment Conditions
To be paid on site:
- tourist tax € 1.00 per person/night starting from age 14 and for a maximum of 10 nights
- any heating consumption is extra charge
At the request of guests:
- bath linen (8.00 € per person);
- pets (8.00 € per night);
Also for this season, Ledro Immobiliare offers its customers the "Garda Guest Card" for free.
This is a service card available to tourists, allowing them to visit castles, museums, use public transportation for free, and obtain discounts on the purchase of local products and activities during their vacation in Trentino.

Contact & Directions
From Riva del Garda, follow the brown road signs indicating "Lago di Ledro" or "Val di Ledro".
The road continues for about 5 km through a tunnel.
Once out of the tunnel, continue on the state road of the valley, passing through the towns of Biacesa and Pre' di Ledro until you reach
Molina di Ledro. After passing the town of Molina, you will arrive at an intersection, turn left and continue to the right towards the locality of Pur along the lakeside road.
