The managers chose the Non Valley because there are still enchanting places, and life follows a more relaxed rhythm. The B&B "Casa delle fate" is located in a beautiful building entirely constructed with bio-architecture in the upper part of the village of Termon di Campodenno, in the Non Valley. The name chosen by the managers is what the locals referred to the house when they saw it being built with techniques, materials, and forms they were not used to. The construction of the house was personally supervised, using exclusively organic materials for both the exteriors and interiors. The bedrooms are lined with wooden panels, painted with essential orange oil, and are furnished in a simple and functional manner. All have a private balcony or veranda, and the spacious kitchen where breakfast is served has direct access to a well-kept garden. The Lady, drawing on her many years of experience as a herbalist manager, prepares a healthy breakfast for her guests with dishes that energize the body and spirit, favoring organic products preferably sourced locally. Within a few minutes' drive from the B&B Casa delle fate, you can reach some of the most beautiful castles, churches, hermitages of the Non Valley, Castel Thun, the Hermitage of San Romedio, the Rio Sass Canyon, the Novella River Park, Lake Santa Giustina, and the Sole Valley or even Andalo and Lake Molveno.

Payment Conditions
Free cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival. From 29 days to the day of arrival is required 50% of the total amount of stay as cancellation fee. Stays from 1St November 2015 will be charged a tourist tax. The tourist tax is an amount that must be paid at the accommodation for stays from 1 to 10 nights in addition to the price of the holiday booked

Arriving by car: From the S. Michele Mezzocorona exit of the A22 Brenner Motorway, turn right towards Mezzolombardo. Continue straight through the town towards the Non Valley. After passing the village of Mezzolombardo, DO NOT turn left towards Fai della Paganella; continue straight, entering the tunnel, following the signs for Cles. Leave the roads to Spormaggiore, Maso Milano, and Sporminore on the left and take the one towards Campodenno. Ascend through the orchards for 5 km. After passing Campodenno, turn right and after 2 km, you will arrive at Termon.
