The private apartments of Casa Donini Gioachino, which we rent for a holiday stay, are located at Via Rio Massò No. 10, in a convenient and flat area of the town of Molveno, where there is a lot of greenery and tranquility. A location appreciated not only for the lack of traffic but also for its proximity to the lake and its well-maintained, green beach.

In fact, from our apartments, you can reach the lake beach in just 5 minutes on foot to sunbathe or take a refreshing dip in the lake, or engage in sports and recreational activities such as tennis, bowls, mini-golf, beach volleyball, or take a boat trip on Lake Molveno with electric boats, canoes, and kayaks.

Our guests greatly appreciate the convenience of our holiday apartments, specifically the proximity to the Coop supermarket and the town center, which can be easily reached on foot by walking along the path behind our house. In about 10 minutes on foot, you will reach the town center where you can find the Town Hall, the information point, and the Church.

The renewed pleasure of walking to perform the simplest daily tasks, rediscovering life rhythms long forgotten, will make you appreciate simple walks suitable even for your children (e.g. the Sant’Antonio walk, the Old Sawmill, Baita Ciclamino), or more challenging routes to reach destinations such as Rifugio Croz dell’Altissimo, Rifugio Selvata, Rifugio Massodi, or Rifugio Pedrotti in the heart of the Brenta Group. Our private holiday apartments are also equipped with spacious outdoor areas. For all our guests, we offer a large, well-maintained garden and lawn with a small house for children and sunbeds. Conditions

Based on your booking request, we will send you an email with instructions on how to book your holiday at our apartments on Via Rio Massò 10 in Molveno. The deposit, to be paid by bank transfer, is 30% of the total amount, excluding tourist taxes. Appartamenti Vacanze Molveno will send you the final confirmation upon receipt of the deposit. The booking will be finalized upon the handover of the apartment keys and the full payment of the amount. In case of cancellation, the full deposit amount will be retained. On the day of arrival, the apartment will be available from 3:00 PM. On the day of departure, the apartment must be left in order, and the keys must be returned by 9:30 AM.
Tourist tax: €1 per person/night for a maximum of 10 nights. Children under 14 years old are exempt.
