Our apartments are the perfect choice for those looking to spend a winter holiday full of comfort and fun. Situated in an ideal location, they are less than 10 minutes by car from the Andalo Paganella ski resort, one of the most famous ski areas in the region, offering slopes for all skill levels. Additionally, just at the end of our street, a short walk from our apartments, guests can find the ski bus stop that takes them directly to Andalo, providing easy access to the ski slopes without the need to use a car.

For those looking for a unique experience, by walking along the path behind our house, guests can easily reach the chairlift that takes them to Pradel, from where two toboggan runs start. A snowy and safe path begins at the top station of the chairlift and gently winds down to Pradel, offering an unforgettable experience for the whole family. Along the way, guests can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views that embrace the snow-capped peaks and the valleys below, making every toboggan ride a true natural spectacle. Moreover, the transfer from the Sarnacli area to Molveno is guaranteed every 30 minutes, making it even easier to get around and ensuring a hassle-free holiday.

Conditions

Based on your booking request, we will send you an email with instructions on how to book your holiday at our apartments on Via Rio Massò 10 in Molveno. The deposit, to be paid by bank transfer, is 30% of the total amount, excluding tourist taxes. Appartamenti Vacanze Molveno will send you the final confirmation upon receipt of the deposit. The booking will be finalized upon the handover of the apartment keys and the full payment of the amount. In case of cancellation, the full deposit amount will be retained. On the day of arrival, the apartment will be available from 3:00 PM. On the day of departure, the apartment must be left in order, and the keys must be returned by 9:30 AM.
Tourist tax: €1 per person/night for a maximum of 10 nights. Children under 14 years old are exempt.
