It is also only 5 minutes away (on foot) from the town centre. The apartments are fully furnished, and they all have a balcony or terrace. The house offers an underground parking garage with up to 15 slots. The house also offers 2 washing-machines in a common room, and free wi-fi for our guests.

A three-room Molveno apartment by the lake, the Quercia apartment is the ideal solution families looking for vacation rental accommodation. Recently renovated, it is located on the second floor of Faggio Rosso house. Bright apartment, with large windows facing east and south, and as many as three balconies to enjoy the good weather.
