Our offer of Casa Maria Apartments is built with natural materials like stone and wood and offers
6 new spacious and bright ground-floor apartments with a private terrace in an oasis of tranquility just a few
steps from the beach, in a particularly well-maintained environment designed to give our guests the
sensation of freedom and the pleasure of feeling at home. It is the best solution for families, for groups of friends,
for sports enthusiasts who have the opportunity to engage in countless sports including free climbing, surfing, sailing,
mountain biking, trekking and also shopping and culture. The pool is equipped with spacious sun loungers and umbrellas, perfect for relaxing and enjoying an atmosphere of pure tranquility. With a spectacular view of our olive trees, it is the ideal place to spend leisure time, take a refreshing swim, or simply enjoy a good book.
The pool has a depth of 1.35 m, is 15 m long and 7 m wide. The shape of the pool is rectangular and has a shallow area for your children, while an area with a jacuzzi is available for adults. Casa Maria Apartments is the ideal place to
spend a vacation on Lake Garda without sacrificing comfort. From here you can reach both the
beach and Riva del Garda via a beautiful cycling and pedestrian path that starts directly from the
Residence.
Payment Conditions
Check in:
Between 3pm and 7pm. Please for the late check out phone us if you arrive after than 7pm (+39 333 6409895 Pietro).
Check out:
Please leave the apartment between 8am and 10:00am.
The price of the apartment does not include the tourist tax which is 1.50 euros per night per person for people over 14 years and up to a maximum of 10 nights. Pets are not allowed in the structure.

Contact & Directions
In Torbole turn right for “Riva del Garda”, go beyond the 2nd tunnel and after about 300 meters (in front of the hotel du Lac) turn right. Follow the road indications “Resindence La Colombera” and in 5 minutes you will reach us.
For check-in and key collection, I kindly ask you to come to Residence la Colombera in Rovigo Street nr. 30 (Riva del Garda).
