Casa Nadia has been completely restored in the year 2019 !!!
Casa Nadia is a characteristic independent small house just 100 meters from the lake with a completely fenced private garden and private parking.
On the ground floor, we find a room directly connected to the garden via a large glass door
and equipped with a sofa bed and television, then there is a laundry room and a spacious bathroom
complete with facilities and a large shower box.
By means of an internal wooden staircase, you access the first floor where we find a large living area
with a fully equipped kitchenette, dining table, television, and sofa, a master bedroom
with a bridge wardrobe and an additional bedroom with two single beds
(which can be joined).
The house's garden is equipped with a gazebo, table, benches, deck chairs, barbecue, and an herb corner.
Payment Conditions
To be paid on site:
- tourist tax € 1.00 per person/night starting from 14 years old and for a maximum of 10 nights
- any heating consumption is extra charge
At guests' request:
- bathroom linen (8.00 € per person);
- pets (8.00 € per night);
Also for this season, Ledro Immobiliare offers its clients the "Garda Guest Card" for free.

Contact & Directions
From Riva del Garda, follow the brown road signs indicating "Lago di Ledro" or "Val di Ledro".
The road continues for about 5 km in a tunnel.
After exiting the tunnel, continue on the state road of the valley, passing through the towns of Biacesa and Pre' di Ledro until you reach
Molina di Ledro. After passing through the town of Molina, you will reach an intersection; turn left and continue to the right towards the locality of Pur along the lakeside road.
