The structure is set in a family building developed over four levels, always owned by the Fedel family.
The property is arranged as follows: on the ground floor there is a space previously used for commercial activity; on the first floor an apartment for residential use; on the second floor the apartment intended for short-term rentals “Casa Vacanze Giusi”; on the third floor there is another apartment for residential use.
Payment Conditions
Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before check-in. In case of cancellation made after this period, the amount already paid will not be refunded.
No deposit is required.
For payment, direct booking through the website is recommended, which uses Stripe and therefore allows you to choose from various payment methods and networks. Alternatively, payment can be made via bank transfer addressed to Giuseppina Fedel, at Cassa Rurale Alta Valsugana – IBAN IT04L0817834330000023010262.
The property offers accommodation only and does not include breakfast service. The minimum stay required is 3 nights.
Currently, no special rates are available other than the standard rate.
