Chalet Gufo is a luxury independent villa in San Giovanni di Fassa, ideal for groups and families of up to 14 people seeking maximum privacy and refined design.

Payment Conditions
Prices are for the entire chalet per night for up to 14 people (crib available upon request) and include final cleaning.
The tourist tax of €1.50 per person per night is not included in the price and will be calculated separately. Children under 14 are exempt from the tourist tax.
Minimum stay: 5–7 nights.
Check-in: Saturdays only.
A deposit of 50% of the total amount is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining 50% can be paid conveniently upon your arrival at the property.
Security Deposit
A pre-authorization of €1,000 on your credit card upon arrival, released within 3 days of departure. This covers any damages, extra cleaning, or other additional costs.
Cancellation
Free up to 60 days before arrival
50% penalty between 60 and 30 days before arrival
100% penalty within the last 30 days
Check-in is available starting at 4:00 PM; please notify us before arrival.
Check-out must take place by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.

By Car: Take the A22 (Brenner) motorway, exit at the Egna-Ora toll booth, and continue along the State Road 48 of the Dolomites for about 45 km following the signs for Val di Fassa/Canazei until Pozza.

By Train: The nearest train stations are Trento or Bolzano, connected to Val di Fassa by efficient bus services (Trentino Trasporti or SAD).
