The apartment “Steila da Mont” is located in a quiet and strategic position, on a secondary road, thus away from the traffic of the main street, yet very close to all necessary services. It is well exposed to the sun, with a panoramic view of the surrounding mountains at 360°.
100 meters from the apartment is the Buffaure cable car (connected to the Sellaronda), and in front is the Alloch night ski slope. For cross-country skiing enthusiasts, just a few steps from home there is also the cross-country loop at Fraine and the possibility of connecting to the Marcialonga track. In summer, it is a strategic point for beautiful walks or bike rides on the cycle path that links to the Val di Fiemme, as well as for high-altitude excursions.
It is located right at the starting point of the market, which takes place every Thursday in both winter and summer.
On the same road, there is a well-stocked supermarket, and through a quiet walk along the river, in 5 minutes on foot, you can also find other supermarkets, a pharmacy, a tobacco shop, and all other services located in the town center.
For lovers of spas and relaxation, we have a partnership with the wellness center "QC Terme Dolomiti", for which you can take advantage of a discount on entry.

Recommended route: From the Brenner Motorway (A22), we recommend taking the Egna/Ora exit. From here, take the SS48 delle Dolomiti through the San Lugano Pass, the Val di Fiemme (Cavalese and Predazzo), then Moena, all the way to Pozza di Fassa. This is the quickest and smoothest route.
Alternatively, for a more scenic journey, you can take the Bolzano Nord exit and follow the SS241 through the Val d’Ega, crossing the Costalunga Pass. Along the way, you’ll pass the picturesque Lake Carezza, one of the most photographed spots in the Dolomites. From the pass, head down to Vigo di Fassa and, in a few minutes, you’ll reach Pozza di Fassa and Strada de Sot Comedon. This route is slightly longer but offers spectacular views. Not recommended in winter.
