I am fortunate to live in a magical and beautiful place surrounded by nature, Moena the Fairy of the Dolomites in Val di Fassa. With love and passion, I take care of our small reality and I would like the pleasure of sharing it with you!

At Ciasa Lino Defrancesco, there are multiple living units, of which 3 are designated as vacation homes.
The individual living unit consists of a spacious three-room apartment with 4 or 5 beds. Our property includes a large parking area for our guests and an outdoor area designated as a garden equipped with children's games, benches with tables, and deck chairs for relaxation.
Guests will be able to use the available spaces without limits, enjoying the warmth and familiarity of our home.

Our house is located north of Moena in the heart of Val di Fassa at 1250 m above sea level in the Pezzè area after the tunnel (heading towards Soraga) at the roundabout, second exit Someda, 100 m on the left. Just a five-minute walk from the center, the house enjoys a particularly panoramic and quiet position (limited traffic area), making it an excellent starting point for trips and numerous excursions just a few hundred meters from the entrance of the main state road.

Payment Conditions
The price of the stay in our facility already includes: bed and bath linens, wifi connection, electricity, water, and heating consumption; cleaning service at the end of the stay.
Accessories: pots/dishes, kitchen utensils, toaster, blender, kettle, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, television, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner.
Available upon request free of charge: ironing board, iron, crib and high chair.
Common areas: laundry with washing machines, bike/ski storage with boot dryer.
For a fee:
- dogs are allowed at €10.00 per day.
- Tourist tax €1.00 per day per person. Minors up to the age of 15 are also exempt.
