Casa Ruaccia is a spacious detached villa (approximately 140 square meters) surrounded by greenery with a large private garden, in a quiet and panoramic location. The house comprises a spacious ground-floor living area with a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, convection oven, microwave, 8-burner induction stove, and a smart TV. Free Wi-Fi is available. Upstairs are three bedrooms, all with balconies: two double bedrooms and one with two single beds. Guests have access to two additional bathrooms with windows (in addition to the one on the living area) equipped with a shower, toilet, sink, and bidet, as well as the one on the ground floor. New furnishings, climate control with class A underfloor heating. Private garden equipped with a barbecue, umbrellas, a table with 6 chairs, and sun loungers. Three parking spaces in a covered garage. A 15-20 minute walk from the center of Canazei, or 5-10 minutes by bike or car.
Payment Conditions
The house can be rented for a minimum of one week. The availability calendar is available on this website. Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. A deposit will be required at the time of booking. Guests will be provided with a guest card that allows free public transportation and discounted access to numerous services.
Canazei offers a cinema, two supermarkets, renowned artisan craft shops, and a wide range of events and activities. Within an hour’s drive, you can reach Bolzano, Val Gardena, Val Badia, and Cortina d’Ampezzo.
There are numerous trekking routes of varying lengths and difficulty levels, as well as a beautiful cycling path that runs throughout the entire valley.

Detailed instructions will be provided at the time of booking.
To reach the house by public transport, you need to get to the train stations of Trento or Bolzano. From there, buses depart to Val di Fassa with final destination Penia. You should get off at the stop “Alba - Hotel Ariston,” located just a few meters from the house.
