In the green heart of Primiero, away from busy roads and frenetic rhythms, Baita Villa Fedai welcomes you with its intimate atmosphere and the deep breath of nature. Accessible only to those who choose tranquility, it is located in an isolated position, surrounded by woods, clearings, and a spectacular view of the Pale di San Martino, which enchants in every season.
Completed in 2025, the chalet retains the authentic charm of traditional Primiero homes: natural materials, original wood and stone intertwine with modern comforts to ensure a comfortable and enveloping stay, in perfect harmony with the surrounding environment.
The property is spread over three levels. On the ground floor, an open space includes a large fully equipped kitchen, a living area, and a dining area. On the first floor, there are two double rooms with en-suite bathrooms. On the second floor, which is in the attic, there is a room, a bathroom, and an open space area with two single beds (or, if needed, a double bed). It can accommodate up to 8 adults and is equipped with three full bathrooms with showers.
