This accommodation consists of 25 apartments. Situated in Pur, in a very peaceful area, with a fantastic view of the lake from either the small ground-floor fency garden, or the balconies of the first floor apartments. One reaches the lake by crossing a very quiet road, and by means of woodern piers, it’s possible to bathe practically ‘downstairs’ from the apartments. From Residence Ca’Serena, it’s also possible to arrive at Pieve di Ledro via the enchanting lake-side route – restricted to pedestrians and cyclists.
Each apartment has two bedrooms (one with doublebed + 1 single bed and one with 2 single beds) bathroom with shower, sitting-room with cooking area, sofa and satellite TV, balcony with deck-chairs or small furnished terrace area, garage or outside parking.
The use of gas, electricity, water,endcleaning, bedlinen and towels are included in the price.
