IVANA-SUITE is a delightful newly built apartment of 90 sqm in a strategic location, 350 meters from the historical center and 900 meters from the lake accessible on foot via a dedicated path along the pedestrian walkway that runs alongside the Rio Maggiore.
It consists of 3 bedrooms, including 2 double rooms and 1 with 2 single beds and 1 sofa bed, accommodating up to 7 people. Additionally, there is 1 crib available for infants up to 3 years old, 1 bathroom with a large shower, and 1 service bathroom complete with a washbasin and washing machine, 1 spacious living room and kitchen, and 1 terrace with a view of the lake and mountains of 20 sqm. It is located on the 2nd floor of a private residence without an elevator, surrounded by greenery, with independent access and private parking.
The apartment is equipped with all comforts, including a TV, washing machine, dishwasher, heating and cooling system with thermostats in every room, wi-fi connection, and much more.
In the apartment, you will find everything you need in the kitchen as well: a Nespresso coffee machine with pods and a moka pot with ground coffee, oil, salt, vinegar, sugar, toilet paper, 1 pack of pasta, 1 jar of sauce, tea bags and various infusions, a toaster and kettle, 1 liter of milk, and 1 pack of cookies, all provided as complimentary without any additional requests.

Exit the motorway at Trento sud, continue for about 29 km following the signs for PADOVA, proceed on the SS47 and take the exit for Levico Terme. At the STOP, turn left towards Levico until you reach a roundabout with a large fountain in the center and the sign LEVICO TERME. Take the second exit and continue up to the next STOP, proceed for another 50 meters or so and on your left, you will find a small vehicle bridge that takes you across the small river RIO MAGGIORE. Make a sharp right turn and continue uphill keeping an eye on the side streets. On the third side street to the left, there are house numbers 11-12-13-14. Take that street, park in the large gray parking area, and you will find me there waiting for you:-)
