In winter, it is possible to leave ski equipment directly at the "Mountain Life" Ski Depot at the foot of the Col Rodella cable car: this way, there is no need to move the car and transport the skis.

Alternatively, if the depot is full, there is a large parking area at the foot of the cable car.

At home, you will find the ski school field of the Campitello Ski School, which is very useful for the first days of ski school for children.

In the living room, kitchenette and bathroom the flooring is tiled, easily hygenizable, while in the two bedrooms there is wood. Winter heating works with a pellet stove and electric convector heaters; the house is equipped with an ambient thermostat, a sensor for detecting monoxide and a regular fire extinguisher, as per legal provisions. The terrace is equipped with a wooden bench, a wooden table and chair, soft blankets
